What setup actually requires

Setup is technical. To run the admin-heavy workflows (onboarding, offboarding, PTO) you need:

$249, one-time. Template is included.

A roughly one-hour live screen-share where I walk you through the setup. You stay logged into your own Google Workspace and your own n8n the entire time and drive it yourself. I guide, you click.

What's included

What we walk through on the call

  • Getting n8n running if you do not have it: the assumed path is n8n Cloud (you sign up and pay n8n directly; that cost is separate from the $249 here and is yours, not mine).
  • The Google Cloud service account and Domain-Wide Delegation setup, which is the same across the onboarding, offboarding, and PTO workflows.
  • Importing the workflow, configuring the credentials, and testing the full path end to end in your own n8n.

Running more than one workflow?

The Google Cloud service account and Domain-Wide Delegation setup is shared across onboarding, offboarding, and PTO, so once it's done, adding another workflow is quick. Extra workflows set up on the same session are $99 each. Just tell me which ones you want when you book.

What the call does not cover.

  • The guided help assumes the n8n Cloud path. I will not architect a self-hosted production n8n instance on the call; if you are self-hosting, the call still covers the workflow and service-account parts in your existing n8n, but the 'get n8n running' portion is on you.
  • n8n Cloud is n8n's own paid product. The $249 here is my guidance time. Hosting is not included.

Who this is for. Pick this if you'd rather skip the setup friction, or if you do not yet have n8n running. The Google Cloud service account and Domain-Wide Delegation is the same across the onboarding, offboarding, and PTO workflows, so getting through it once on the call sets you up to run the admin-heavy workflows.

You keep your credentials

With Guided Setup, you stay logged into your own Google Workspace and your own n8n instance for the entire call, and you are the only one clicking. Domain-Wide Delegation scopes, OAuth client IDs, and admin tokens never leave your account. I guide; you drive.

The Template tier works the same way. The configuration tool runs in your browser and exports a workflow you import into your own n8n. There's no SaaS control plane sitting between you and your data.
